After you collect the credit card information how do you keep it secure? 
Your privacy is our top priority. Personal information is maintained in a manner that meets or exceeds all Federal HIPAA guidelines. (Review our Notice of Privacy form). 

Am I signing a blank check?

No, all credit card contracts give cardholders the right to challenge any charge against their account. Copies of charge slips will be mailed to you at your request. As always, you may contact us if you feel there is an error in our billing. 

Why are you doing this?

This is part of our process to maintain paperless billing to help reduce health care costs. Our office, like many others, will be using automated payments. This helps us keep our administrative costs down while giving you our best patient care. 

Is there a missed appointment fee?

Cancellations require a 24 hour cancellation prior to the scheduled appointment, including first appointments, or client can be charged up to $75.

Inclement weather policy? 
In cases of inclement weather, please call the office and the machine message will provide any closings to the office.
